Ricardo Gervasio Bastos Visser

Trajetória:Formado pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) em 2007, obteve seu título de mestre pela Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora em 2008. Doutor pela Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora em 2015, participou de estágio Sanduíche na Humboldt Universität zu Berlin, onde atuou em pesquisa recentemente publicada (Reproduktion sozialer Ungleichheit in Deutschland) no Institut für Asien- und Afrikawissenschaften. Trabalhou durante 2015-2016 como gerente de projetos no Instituto de pesquisa econômica aplicada. Atualmente é pesquisador pós-doutor no Programa de Pós-graduação da Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ).

Studies how such an affirmed right – which was later criminalized – was exercised or not by the Brazilian people. Taisais a doctorate student in Law Theory and Philosophy at Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ). She also holds an expert degree in Constitutional Law, issued by the Brazilian Constitutional Law Academy. She graduated in Law at Paraná Catholic University (PUC/PR). She has been involved in two researches: one related to the social habits of the people when the Constitution of 1937 was in force, and the other related to Pontes de Miranda and the Constitution of 1937. Graduanda em Direito na Faculdade de Direito da UERJ (Bacharelado), Integrante do Laboratório Interdisciplinar de História do Direito (LIHDUERJ) e do Núcleo de Estudos e Pesquisa em Direito Internacional (NEPEDI), ambos da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Atuou como bolsista em monitoria na disciplina de graduação – Introdução à Sociologia Jurídica (UERJ) e como estagiaria na Escola da Magistratura Regional Federal da 2ª Região (EMARF), de janeiro/2018 a abril/2018. Atualmente, atua como estagiária no Ministério Público Federal (MPF).
